Introduction of Organization:
Nepal FM 91.8 is one of the mainstreams Radio of Nepal. It is broadcasting for 18 hours a day. Nepal Fm brings latest news and information on politics, business and economics, society, education, science, environment, sports and various other issues to its local, national and global Nepalese. Along with the musical programs Nepal FM 91.8 also broadcasts educational, informative, documentary, sport, weather etc radio services. Nepal FM 91.8 is doing a lot by prompting quality and tasteful radio services.
It was formally broadcast establishment at 2061 BC Manshir 18 by Renbo FM PVT. LTD. Radio call sign has given the name of Nepal FM.  This office is in the Ravi Bhawan, Kalanki.

Nepal Fm produce and broadcast varieties of radio programs in terms of formats and issues; however its programs are focused on issues of public concern to Nepalese with included all type of people and cast. The program formats are diverse including radio news bulletins, current affairs programs, field discussions, public hearing as well as interactive magazine programs.

Nepal FM also produce and broadcast radio spots, PSAs, jingles, and serial & mini radio dramas, radio campaigns to deliver the messages to inform, educate and advocate the issues with special focus on target audiences of the rural areas and urban.

Nepal FM Values and Goals
All of the Nepal FM's works has been guided by following values,

Introduction of PR:
Public relations (PR) is the practice of managing the spread of information between an individual or an organization (such as a business, government agency, or a nonprofit organization) and the public. (Wikipedia) The aim of public relations is to inform the public, prospective customers, investors, partners, employees, and other stakeholders and ultimately persuade them maintain a certain view about the organization, its leadership, products, or of political decisions.
 Public relations specialists establish and maintain relationships with an organization's target audience, the media, and other opinion leaders. Common activities include designing communications campaigns, writing news releases and other content for news and feature articles, working with the press, arranging interviews for company spokespeople, writing speeches for company leaders, acting as organization's spokesperson by speaking in public and public officials, preparing clients for press conferences, media interviews, and speeches, writing website and social media content, and facilitating internal/employee communication.
Public Relations involves gaining mindshare, influencing the influencers and building positive networks. PR main objectivity means dropdown the negative part of Business company, Organization, government, government agencies etc. It is play the vital role to come nearness to public in company or products. Maintain and managing to the negative part and to keep the good relation with public, audience, staff; media also doing Public Relation by various ways.

PR Tools and Practices in FM:
Nepal Fm is also one of the popular Networks Radio among others Radio. It is also using the public relation by different kind tools. The radio has conducting an online (NO News portal), related to own information about radio, like radio's introduction, program introduction, privacy, contact and others information. It has published the Journal of yearly as mouth piece of radio, and also celebrates the anniversary with different political leader, social workers, staffs etc to maintaining the good relation with them.
Radio has established a reception desk, it help takes complains of audience, it works also introduce about company for visitor and keep relation and manage them. Radio also has used Barter system with different others media like online, paper, magazine and also it is using the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter) as a publicity.
Thus, The Radio is using Social media, online, different types of awareness PSB, reception, Journal; Barter system etc tools for Public Relation.
The Radio objectivity is informed and entertainment to audience by broadcast the news, information, current affair program and other program. As well as, Radio is also doing the Public relation to keep good relation with business partner, public, staff etc.

Conclusion:
Public Relations involve gaining mindshare, influencing the influencers and building positive networks. PR main objectivity means hide the negative part and promote also good thing of company or organization, as well as to keep the good relation with concerning all them.
Media also doing Public Relation for Maintain and managing to the negative part and to keep the good relation with public, audience, staff. Thus Nepal Fm is also doing the Public Relation with to maintain above these factors.
The Radio is using Social media, online, different types of awareness PSB, reception, Journal; Barter system, program etc tools for Public Relation.
